We take pride in the authenticity and quality of our timepieces. Every watch is inspected, authenticated, photographed and described honestly — the watch you see is the watch you receive.

Our policy

Please choose carefully — we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

If your watch arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on 07519 050636 or cw.watchuk@gmail.com with photo or video evidence of the damage and the packaging. Our dedicated team will assist you through the process and put it right with a repair, replacement or refund.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: every watch must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose — if it is not, your legal remedies apply. Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you a cancellation right on a distance sale, that right is unaffected.
